Probate & Executor House Clearance

Clearing a loved one’s home, at your pace.

We work with families, executors and solicitors across Hampshire and Dorset, and we keep things simple at a difficult time. As antique dealers, we value the contents properly, so anything of worth comes off the cost of the clearance.

How we help

• Photos, papers and keepsakes set aside for the family
• Contents valued, with a clear written quote
• Items of value sold, with the value taken off your bill
• Good furniture rehomed rather than tipped
• The property cleared, swept and left empty, ready for sale or handover

For solicitors and executors

We can work with keyholders and agents, and we provide waste paperwork for everything we take. We are a licensed waste carrier (registration CBDU671775).
