House Clearance in Hampshire & Dorset

Careful, honest house clearances across Hampshire and Dorset, from a New Forest antiques business.

Warmans buy and sell antiques, and we now clear homes too. Because we know what things are worth, anything we can sell is taken off your price, which keeps the cost of a clearance down and sometimes covers it.

What we clear

• Full house clearances, top to bottom
• Single rooms or just the items you need gone
• Probate and executor clearances
• Downsizing and moving home
• Lofts, garages and sheds
• Garden clearances, greenhouses and outbuildings

How it works

1. Free visit and fixed quote. We come and look, with no obligation, and give you one clear price.
2. Value comes off the price. Antiques, vintage pieces and good furniture are valued and taken off your quote.
3. Cleared, swept and left empty. Ready to sell, let or move into.

Reuse first, tip last

We sell antiques on to collectors and the trade, rehome good furniture, send metal and electricals for recycling, and take everything else to licensed sites with the proper paperwork. We are a licensed waste carrier (registration CBDU671775).

Areas we cover

Based in New Milton, we work across the New Forest, Hampshire and Dorset, including New Milton, Lymington, Christchurch, Bournemouth and Ringwood.
